Our speaker today is a former law enforcement officer and has worked with law enforcement for nearly a decade. In 2015, he left his career in law enforcement and has devoted his life to delivering proven tools and resources to the mind and soul for first responders. An author of nine books, Adam has also spoken nationally to universities, military and law enforcement. His work has been featured in numerous publications to include Policeone.com and Law Enforcement Today, and has recently made appearances on Good Morning America and ABC News.

Dave is one of the nation’s leading trainers in law enforcement, a U.S. Army Ranger, paratrooper, former West Point Psychology Professor and the author of several books including bestsellers “On Killing”, in addition to “Bulletproof Marriage” and “On Spiritual Combat”, both co-authored with Adam Davis.

Andy Hughes

Andy Hughes

Andy started his career as a dispatcher with the Houston County, Alabama Sheriff’s office in 1986. He later served as a Deputy Sheriff and Narcotics Investigator before continuing his career with the Dothan, Alabama Police Department in 1990, later serving two terms as Houston County Sheriff. In 2014 he assumed command of Tactical Operations for ALEA where he served until his retirement in 2016. Since that time Andy has served as Special Projects Manager for First Guard, LLC.
