Blue Watch Presents

The Strategic Leadership Series

“Increasing Your Effectiveness in Law Enforcement”

Thursday, August 25, 2022 from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

What makes a good cop great? Want to know how? Then learn who you are. This sets you apart and places you on the road to success.

You don’t clear a house with a shotgun, and you don’t engage in a long distance gun battle with a handgun. Every weapon and every bullet have their purpose. But when it comes to people, we seem to treat every officer the same. However, every officer is like a type of ammunition. Each designed uniquely with their own set of strengths and weaknesses. That is why you need to hone your skills on self-knowledge for personal and interpersonal leadership. Understanding this will help you maximize not only your own potential but that of those around you.
